NOTICE

Some customers have given feedback that the ‘Key’ Mechanism ishard to get the bolt through.

The keys work similar to a plastic peg and are tight to begin with. Simply spread the key slightly when assembling your stand to get bolt through the lower hole.

Please also note, that the bolts do not need to be tightened to the point of not being able to turn.  Simply tighten to achieve the result of securing your tree.  Overtightening of bolts may cause the thread to slip.

It is also important to note that when placing the tree in the base, force is not required to get the spikes to indent in the base of the trunk, and strong force may cause damage to the stand.  Simply place the square cut trunk into the base and tighten as above.
